Dear Friends,

Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world!! Summer is drawing to a close and school has begun here in Belgium. No more 4 and 5 day week-ends. European people love vacation and getting to the sunshine. Some go on vacation from God even if they don't travel to anyplace. In spite of the summer time experience, God has blessed.

Our first camp was family camp. Our theme this year was a Shepherding a Child's heart. It was a tough study for the families. We were thrilled with the attendance and the decisions that came from this camp to strengthen families.

The next was our junior camp. We have been having combined camps with the different nationalities for the past few years, but this junior camp was French only. We were disappointed that the Americans did not come but we were committed to the using the facility for the week. We had two juniors saved. One was Maytis from our church. What a great week! The last week of camp was the Senior camp. It was a combined camp with the Americans and French Kids. It was wonderful. Ben was saved. He is a French boy from Normandy and I got to lead him to the Lord. Two of the youth in the French section gave their lives for full surrender.

The next event was really sad as Deborah my daughter went back to college. We really enjoy having her here. The same day she flew several of the other missionary kids left to go on the same flight to college.

Just a quick note to say that the dollar has risen in the past week. Keep praying that we can see the dollar soar and relieve the financial pressure many face on the foreign field.
