Dear Pastor and Church,

They say a picture is worth a thousand words so we trust these few pictures will capture the wonderful summer events we had thanks to your faithful prayers. The 12 kids attending the annual English camp practiced English through games and songs as they learned about the keys to heaven. Each finished the week by taking home a wooden key holder which they had made.

Baseball Camp came next with 33 kids this year in spite of the first two days of drizzly rain. Everyone enjoyed learning and playing including Laura, the only girl for the first few days then she was joined by Gina. Laura received a special glove as well as a new hat, baseball, and a gospel tract like the others received. Evenings were spent at the church with crazy games and devotions each night. We even had a spot on the local news TV station Friday evening! On Thursday evening we had a ladies meeting with a guest speaker and 18 ladies attending. The best part of the camp came on Friday night when Rita, a mom of 3 boys who has come to church because of previous baseball camps, trusted the Lord as her Savior!!! All the time and effort was worth it! Pray for her growth and the salvation of her family.

Last but not least was the baptism of Orsi and her daughter, Laura, who were reached as a result of our English club. It was a great day with a wonderful attendance of 30!

Now it is time to recoup and regroup with plans already set for a special service to show a presentation of the summer activities to the parents on Aug. 29th then a Back to School Sunday on Sept. 5th. A friend has already sent a box of special school supplies to add to those that we will give out on that Sunday.

Without your faithful prayers and support, we could not continue these ministries here. Thank you so much.

In Christ,

The Peters
