| Maci Gann Hogue is our newest Gritts cousin! However...she was born with her nose "inside out". Maci is only ten weeks old and will face surgery on the
July 21, 2003 to repair one half of her nose. Then three to six months later will face repair on the other half. Her parents, Becky and Michael, wonder why God had allowed this. Please pray for them, and for Maci as they face this time of trial. Michael is unsaved.
Update 07/15/2006 - (from Aunt Joanna) She
is going to Dallas on the 23rd to prepare for surgery. On the
24th is the day of surgery. I know it's been a while since we
kept in touch but we know Macie and the parents need our prayers
for strength and faith that our half of the M&M will come
through and be as pretty as all the other Gann girls have been.
Update 06/06/2004 - Maci will have another
surgery this summer. It should be the last one to complete her
nose reconstruction. She is a healthy little butterball now and
we pray that the surgeon will do a good job!
Update 10/18/2003 - July surgery was
successful and not as extensive as first thought. Maci is
doing well and from all reports her little nose will be
normal. Thank you for your prayers.
